I've exercised faithfully. I'm drinking my water, cutting out sweets, skipping the fries and chips--yet my weight STILL clings to me like a second skin. Could it be that I must return to the drudgery of counting calories. I shudder at the thought, but it could be a measuring tool--a way to help me realize the truth of what I'm putting into my body.
I'm not saying it is what I'll do, but it is a way to be accountable for how much I'm eating. We'll see what happens by the time I reach the end of this challenge. At least by then, I'll have learned to incorporate salads into my week along with all the rest.
