Well, I did it. That exercise DVD I bought--I actually used it today. I've head about Pilates for a few years now, but today I actually did it. It's a challenge, but will do what I need to do. Help burn fat, strengthen and increase flexibility. One thing the instructor said sticks with me. She says if I'm consistent...consistent. The very word is the key to better health. Whether eating right, exercising or getting proper rest, consistency is the factor that makes a difference.
