It's May!
Speaking of a new day, new month, let's talk about the new start. Set some goals and let's get onto the road of lifestyle change. What are you going to do to make a difference?
I'm going to continue to count calories for now, only because it puts limitations on the amount of food going into my mouth. I'll also continue to drink at least 64 oz. of water each day, no sweets, no fried potatoes in any form.
