Weight Loss Ups and Downs

Most of the time when I diet, I try to stay away from the scale because weight loss ups and downs can be discouraging. However, on this weight loss journey I've decided to weigh each day to show you that even when I eat right weight fluctuates or may even stay the same for days. While I'm trying to lose weight, it is not my only goal. I'm actually health conscious and want to do what's best for my body. The reason I'm blogging about this is because if you look at my weigh in for today you'll see a slight weight gain.

Yesterday I stayed within my calorie limit and even worked in the yard for an hour and half and still my weight moved up a fraction. The key to weight loss is not to let weight fluctuations determine your behavior. Instead, make your healthy eating plan for the day and take the steps to better health.
