Need a Better Plan
My motivation has fizzled and I'd rather eat what I want, but then I'm disgusted that I'm still overweight! I kind of feel like I'm on a hamster wheel doing the same old thing. Lose some weight, gain some weight, lose some weight...
The key is to learn to make healthy choices and exercise. I don't do either successfully for long. So I'm thinking about what's next because what I'm doing isn't working.
