Tired and Rebellious

It's that time again. I'm tired of counting calories (even though I know it's what I need to do). I try to justify the fact that I'm still not eating sweets, and I'm exercising at least five days a week--so why don't I want to count calories. I'm just tired of it. I want to do what I want to do. Ooops. I guess that's the real problem. The "I WANT."

I fall into the justification loop. It's always easy to justify actions even when you know in your heart it isn't what your supposed to be doing. I know I have a lot of stress in my life, but most of it is comes as a result of decisions I've made--choices. So many times I want to blame God for where I am, when in fact he's given me my way.

Okay, I got a bit sidetracked, but it really is all tied together. Which way do you want to go? Your way or God's? It's a choice.
