Day Two - Working Out the Kinks

I made it through day one! Past the four bags of chips my boss' teenage daughter thoughtfully brought to the office, the cookies offered, and the popcorn snack before bed. I ate strawberries instead of popcorn, and they were delicious.

On the exercise - I walked for 45 minutes, and gradually, I'm remembering to hold in my stomach and stand up straight. Funny, but the muscles in my back are sore. It's because holding your stomach in is real exercise. I read once that if you hold your stomach in for 10 seconds, it's the equivalnet of one situp. Not sure if that is totally accurate, but it does make a difference over time.

I'm still working out the kinks on posting comments. Please leave your comments. It appears they are sent to me and I have to accept or reject them. However, others have told me they posted comments and they are nowhere.
