Losing Weight Without Dieting

I don't know about you, but diets work for me as long as I stick to them. When I lose the weight, I tend to not only gain the weight back but add more too it. I'm reading a book right now that stresses the importance of eating breakfast. It even touts a study where people who started eating breakfast averaged a 17 lb weight loss in 12 weeks. Here's the kicker. You're suppose to eat a half hour after waking to break the fast and get your metabolism activated for the day. It's compared to adding a long to the embers from last night's fire. I'll give it a try and keep you informed.
