Changing Mind and Changing Habits
Instead of dieting, I'm looking at this challenge as a change in mind. I don't have to feel deprived. Yesterday, I went to lunch with my husband. I enjoyed an Italian Beef sandwich without fries. Small changes make a difference. I ate lunch and held to my goals.
Little changes in diet make a difference. For me, I know chips and fries are a pit. When I fall into eating them, I tend to overeat. For now, I'm choosing to eliminate potatoes from my diet. It's a change in my thinking. If I do it long enough, it will become a change in habit.
