In my recent travels, a friend reminded me of the benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar. Not just any apple cider vinegar, but natural, raw, (cloudy) apple cider vinegar with the Mother (Braggs). Taken three times a day, it claims to eliminate joint stiffness. So, as part of my diet, I'm including it as a regular part of my regime--so we will see how my knee and shoulders feel a month from now.
